Six multiple dwellings in Mount Hawthorn. The client’s brief was to take in full advantage of the view of Perth’s city skyline and create open living spaces filled with natural light.

Key design featurEs

  • Roof top terraces to each dwelling. All have an abundance of green spaces and room for deep root trees. Each terrace has BBQ and cooking amenities.

  • City views from all roof top terraces.

  • Open plan living filled with natural light from a central void that continues to ground level creating a central garden.

  • Timber feature walls.

  • Recycled red brick features walls (internal and external) which keep in to the Mount Hawthorn theme.
